The Bulldogs had the best round of the day with the 294 as Prairie View A&M fired a 7-over-par 295. However, the Panthers won the team title by five strokes (590). Arkansas-Pine Bluff (602) and Jackson State (623) rounded out the four-team field.
The Bulldogs got another solid performance by Vincente Rodriguez, who finished tied for third with teammate Noa Tissot. Both golfers carded 1-over-par 73s and was four shots back of individual winner Kenneth Melendrez (Prairie View A&M), who finished with a 3-under 69 to record a 140.
